By purchasing or participating in any offering provided by Rebel Creations Oy / Titta Free Bird, you agree to the following terms:

Payments

All payments are final.

Payment plans are commitments to complete all agreed payments and cannot be cancelled or paused.

Failed or late payments will result in temporary removal from the program until the balance is resolved.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the program and immediate access to materials, recordings and live sessions, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Please make your decision carefully before joining.

Participation & Responsibility

All services and programs are built for active participation and personal responsibility.

Results will depend on your own implementation, decisions and commitment to the process.

No guarantees are made regarding specific business, financial, visibility or personal results.

Titta NiemelƤ / Titta Free Bird does not provide financial, legal, medical, mental health, or other licensed professional advice.

All decisions, actions, and results resulting from participation in the program remain the sole responsibility of the participant.

Recordings

Live sessions may be recorded and shared privately inside the program platform for replay and educational purposes.

By participating in live calls, you consent to being included in these recordings.

If preferred, you may keep your camera off and participate via chat.

Testimonials & Shared Wins

By participating in the program, you agree that feedback, comments, messages, testimonials, shared wins, and results may be used anonymously for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes.

Names, personal details, and identifiable business information will not be shared publicly without separate permission from the participant.

Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, recordings, and content provided inside the program remain the intellectual property of Rebel Creations Oy / Titta Free Bird.

Program content may not be copied, shared, distributed, reproduced, or used for commercial teaching purposes without written permission.

Personal Use Only

Program access is intended for the registered participant only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

Respect & Confidentiality

This is a private professional space.

Participants are expected to treat other members, discussions, materials, and shared information with respect and confidentiality.

Any harmful, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the program without refund.

Titta Free Bird reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is not aligned with the values of the space.

Access to Materials

Program materials and recordings will remain available for 12 months from the program start date unless otherwise stated.

Changes

Program structure, dates, session times, and content may evolve or be adjusted when necessary to improve the quality and experience of the program.
